Care Instructions

We prioritise Royal Mail Special Delivery orders – order by midday Monday – Friday for same day dispatch.
We aim to dispatch all 1st and 2nd class orders within 24 hours of receiving your order, excluding weekends and bank holiday weekends. All orders received before 8am will be dispatched on the same day.

UK Royal Mail Special Delivery – Next Working Day – UK Only
For a speedy delivery, select Special Delivery at checkout for an extra charge of £9.99. Order by midday and your parcel will be sent out Special Delivery and should arrive by the following day (Monday to Friday). Please note: Royal Mail do not collect on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays – therefore if you place an order over the weekend, or after midday Friday, your parcel will be sent on the next business day (Monday or after the Bank Holiday).
Please note: Any UK orders that are over 2 kg will be sent using a courier company and will take 1 – 3 days to arrive (excluding weekends).
